Throughout your real estate transaction, there’s a bunch of resources you’ll need on your way to closing.
The core resources for a real estate transaction are –
- Your lender
- An attorney
- A home inspector
- A home owner’s insurance representative
- A Surveyor
- A home warranty provider
- A home staging professional
Each of these professionals is specialized in their field. They can help you save time and money as you make decisions about one of the most valuable possessions in your portfolio.
I’ve always let my clients know,
I will not know everything when it comes to some of the questions you’ll have during the course of the real estate transaction.
I will always refer or rely upon the expertise of the person who specializes in the field you have a question about.
The best way I know of to get you the answer you need, is to find a reliable source you can depend on.
More than anything, I’d like you to be comfortable with the decisions you make throughout the transaction. Buying or selling a home can be stressful. Having a reliable set of resources can make it less so. If you’ve worked with a professional you’d like to recommend, please let me know. I like to provide my clients with the best advisers possible.
Every provider does not mesh well with the personality of every home buyer or seller.
I often ask clients how things are going with a particular resource as we move through the transaction. I’ll ask again after the transaction as well. My goal is if a client asks for a referral, I can refer them to a resource who provides not only excellent service, but is also courteous and professionally respectful.
